JUNE SILLIMAN
To date, four of our retirees have been designated as being distinguished.   Read about the history of our association, and you will see how instrumental Mr. Silliman was during our start-up.   June Silliman (with his wife) received his award in 1994 at the banquet in Norfolk, VA.

MEL COHEE
Our history shows how involved Mr. Cohee has been with writing ARSCSE history and the Senior Conservationist program.   Mel Cohee (on the left) was presented with his award at the 1997 banquet in Toronto, CA from President Don Ferren.

LINCOLN GALLACHER
Mr. Gallacher was elected secretary/treasurer in 1984 and served in that capacity through 1999.
"Linc" (on the right) received his award in 1998 in San Diego, CA from President Bill Brune.

NEIL BOGNER
Mr. Bogner was vice-president and president in the early 80s, then later became membership chairman and member data base builder, etc, etc.   President Bob Halstead (right) surprised Neil Bogner (left) with this award at the St. Louis banquet in the year 2000.

Bob Smith receives ARSCSE Meritorious Award
Bob's SCS career was in Illinois as an Engineer and as an Area Conservationist.   He retired in Jan. 1986.   Since then, he served ARSCSE as the Illinois representative and as the Midwest Vice President.   Dale Benz (standing in picture) presents Bob with the award.   Bob's wife Marylin is seated beside Bob.
